The same night we did the Turtle Eggs down at the ranch, we also did up a batch of ABTs. Not going to go into much detail as we are all pretty familiar with these lil beauties by now, so onto the pics.
The dizzy pig is in the picture, but I think I noticed it was coarse and used Stubb's Rub. I always have to take rub down with me, and I quickly grabbed a few as we were heading out the door from Dallas. I almost forgot this time. The MIL does not have an extensive spice cabinet so you can't always count on what's there and the Super S that is 20 minutes away....let's just say they lack in variety...
Those look great, Griffin. Your food always looks so good. I've never gotten mine to 'mellow out' on the pepper and 'crisp up' on the bacon before gooping out all over the place... but that could be fixed with cream cheese and more patience on my part.
