I made some snackin sticks. Well different from the directions. The kit has you hanging in the house at certain temp then in the fridge for certain amount days and then smoke and back hanging and again in the fridge. Well I talked to the guy at sausage source and he said if I want just freeze after stuffing and cook when when I want to eat them. Maybe next time I will try the cured way. These sticks tasted great. Next week homemade hot dogs.
Also tried Griffins cheddar beer bread. Which was a big hit.
Made some chicken and bacon sausage.
