I picked up a copy of "How to Grill" a while back. I wanted to move past basic burgers and hotdogs. I must say, the book is great. Steve does a great job of telling not just the recipes, but the "how-to's" and the "why's" behind the recipe. Also, the pictures are great.
I have done quite a few recipes and all have turned out great. (my beef ribs using the Kansas City recipe are still a little dry, but I am working on that... ) I did the roast leg of lamb provencal over Christmas. My family could not say enough good things about it.
I catch your shows on PBS whenever they are available.
