My #1 modification to my CG Duo w/ SFB

I've been needing to add one last thing to finalize the mods to my CG Duo w/ SFB....finally finished it this weekend

A frosty beverage opening device and catcher

I'd been putting it off cause I wanted some sort of catch pan for bottle caps (don't want to chase them around) and hadn't been ambitious enough to bend up sheet metal for one. Then the other day, I had a lightbulb go off...I've got one built in underneath my side burner. Pull it out partially before popping the top and the caps fall right in.






Perfect

It's slightly off-center from the drip pan but dead center on the side of the grill so it looks good.

Haha...wish I could say I somehow cornered a market, but I'll settle for an easier drinking experience in my backyard

This is more one of those "why didn't I think of that sooner" ideas and my gift to the CG family (the part of the family that has a side burner anyway)
