HotSauceGuru.....kinda speaks for itself. Like many people here I am a huge chile head. I love things to be hot and spicy and to impart a certain rembrance and respect in your mind each time you go to eat it.

I say "Honey Blue 32".... Its a riot.. man I set the bathroom on fire once...Whew I Like it going in... its the out I hate I wish someone would invent a pill to stop that insanity.. Flame outs that is... I feel Like a Dragon sometimes..

Like many of the names, mine speaks for itself. While smokin good Q, I like to listen to the blues. A little Stevie Ray, T-Bone Walker and John Lee Hooker go great with the low & slow cooking method. I also found a great blues CD from Willie called Milk Cow Blues, good tunes.

Your post just caught me off guard. And yes I know what you are talking about.
I was at local bar recently while they were having a jalapeño eating contest. There was a guy there that had been taking advantage of the drink specials, if you know what I mean, and half way thru the contest he turned to the competitor next to him and said in drunken slur , "I recommend baby wipes." It was pretty funny stuff.

Your post reminded me of that.

My father-in-law gave me a chef's hat and coat and had buttsmoker sewn in the hat. I've thought it to be catchy.

Most people think I took my name from the University of Arizona. Wnile I am a Wildcat Fan, I actually adopted this as my internet name years ago when I was living in Utah but wishing I was back home in 'Zona. Utah was a gorgeous state, But Arizona is home.

When I was in the Army, my nickname was Z (my last name starts with Z). And since I love to barbecue, well...then for obvious reasons, I’m BBcue-Z.

Just my name. It was also my dad's name, and my grandpa's name. So I am number 3. I wanted to get more creative, but I was in a hurry to post.

Actually I made a typo when I signed up. It was supposed to be a play on my name. The Roff has been a nick name for years.

I knew it Larry....I just knew it. I wonder if the powers that be can fix that. :
