Where is the best BBQ joint in Wisconsin? And why?

That's a tough question because people have different tastes. I know Speed Queen in Milwaukee has a good reputation and the Madison area has Smoky Jon's and Fat Jack's, but there are other places that aren't really barbecue restaurants but have some barbecue on the menu.
