Made two 5 pound pork loins with the powder puff rub and a 4 pound pork roast with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. Finally got to use my new branding iron. Got plenty if yall want to stop by.

Was that branding iron fun!? I got some (old ones. frrom the UK) but haven't used 'em yet. Now I want to!

Oh yeah Susan, Once you hear the brand sizzle you want to brand everything. Luckily the dogs are faster than me.

My Brother inlaw is a usda Brand inspecter in California.... I wonder if they ever confiscate any?????? I need to Check
