I have a friend who has one and swears by it. I have had lots of food prepared on it and the food is great.

Before you buy a BGE, I suggest you look at a Kamado (www.kamado.com). I don't use either, but I've heard many people whom I regard as experts saying that the Kamado is higher quality and they have many different sizes available. Probolem is they are only available on the Web, and they have limited production, so there is a waiting list. Check out the owner's forum on the web site.

If you don't like the food, have more wine

I just wanted to add that I have heard great things about the Kamado - one of those items that I should probably add to my outdoor cooking collection (after I add on to my deck to accomidate everything that I currently have!)

I was amazed with this site when I ran across it which is why I posted it. I sent an email to the webmaster inviting him to this Forum but I have not received any response yet.
