Smoked brisket...success!

I purchased the How to Grill book and Santa gave me a weber kettle grill. During my time off, I made the smoked beef brisket and was absolutely amazed with the outcome. The meat was very tender and had a great smoky flavor. The only fine-tuning I had to make was to lightly salt the sliced pieces.

I just wanted to say "thanks" for making my first real grilling experience with my new grill a positive one. I'm making the pulled pork this weekend for company, and I'm sure it will come out great. Thanks again, Steven!.
