Rochester NY area

Best overall for the chow I think is "Bad to the Bone BBQ" on RT 104 in Ontario NY, East of the city. Honorable mention to Sticky Lips and Dinosaur BBQ in the city, as much for the atmosphere and attitude as the food.

Never been to the Rochester Dino bbq but the Syracuse one was excellent. I now live in NJ (across the hudson from NYC) and can say the Dino bbq there is packed 100% of the time... it's ridiculous. I've noticed a bunch of stories from good morning america to the food network covering dino.... Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting rochester, cuse or nyc...

My boss has family in Rochester and the last time he visited he brought me back a bottle of Sticky Lips sauce. I like that it's not too sweet and has a little bit of a kick.
