ribs and a butt today

so i got the butt on at 5:30 this morning and it seems to be doing fine. I took the pics with my phone so sorry for the quality. Hopefully i will get a good camera soon.

here is my set up this morning:



I set up a cheap dinning canopy i got on closeout last night for 10 bucks! the butt is up to 95* internal and the chamber is cooking a little hot at about 250*



i took a quick peek inside (i know i shouldnt but didnt get any before pics)
