Young BBQ U Grad
Steven is pictured above with 12-year-old Jessie Phillips, who recently graduated from BBQ University. Jessie, of Burnsville, North Carolina, attended the 3-day session with her father Jim. The father-daughter team hopes to reprise the experience next year.
The “campus” of BBQ U is located on the property of the beautiful Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Dates for next year’s sessions will be announced soon. Classes are limited to 50 participants, and fill up quickly.
