New to the forum. I'm from a small town in south GA. I have cooked for years on a ECB & SNP. Just replaced the SNP with a CG w/SFB. I was given the nickname by a friend on a sports list I frequent several years ago. He not only knew of my passion for pork bbq but sometimes stubborn demeanor. So the name fits.

My wife and I are both Chris'. Her is actually Christeen and mine Christopher. The family started calling us "Steeno" and "Stopher" so the right "Chris" answered instead of both.

Hello, I'm a new member. BeerQnSun is a username I haven't used before. I was just thinking of a great day; Beer, BBQ, and Sun.

Well my names Matt when im from new england originaly so the yankee part. But im not a yankee fan so that there is no mistakes im a red sox fan threw and threw. And as for the Bubba part im a big guy when i moved to Florida from New england i had the typical accent and because i was getting made fun of i started making fun back and doing a off the wall southern accent to make fun so my teacher called me a bubba. Well that stuck with me till this day and that was a good 14+ years ago.

I do a lot of living history and reeanctments, generally Rev, F & I wars, and the American Fur Trade, or Rendezvous, hence "ronnyvous".

I use it everywhere.
I have three grand kids. (they call me PaPa go figure)
The dashes or hyphens just make it easier to use because Gramps is a popular name I guess, although I don't remember seeing it in awhile.
When I play Battlefield Heroes or MOH, or BF2 or any COD game online, my screen name is LtGramps.
