You've made me a genius

I bought the Bible in May as a gift for my father, but I've been using it every week since. Everything has turned out spectacular, from the tandoori cauliflower to bacon wrapped dates. My Peking Duck with cherry sauce was one of the best. But the greatest praise cam when I cooked a pulled pork for my brother who is obsesed with cooking shows. He said it was the best pork he ever had. Thank you for making me look like a genius with your great recipes.

I second that Paul. Steven's books have made me the go to man for grilling at college.

Its ok. I understand. When we get our Chargrillers or GOSMOS and get proficient at them then we start practicing on one of them big trailer type smokers and have us a grand ole time!
