I love BBQ on soft tacos too. A little cole slaw on top with some jalepeno and sauce. MMMMmmmmmmmmmmm that is good.

Welcome to the board, Grouse08, and welcome to the CG family as well! :D

And I agree with all 10 points you made, especially 1, 8, 9 and 10 (especially #10, in fact). However, for #3 I use a mustard slather to keep the rub on the meat, rather than making a paste with butter. I might try using butter to see how it works, though.
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
