Korean short ribs

This recipe didn't come from one of Steven's books but it's a good one all the same: Korean short ribs from Weber's Big Book of Grilling. My butterflying technique needs more work but as far as taste goes I was very happy, and I found the ingredients a little easier to acquire than the ones some other recipes called for. And since I shop at a Piggly Wiggly in a town of 6000 people that's important to me.
