Country Style Rib Plate

Tonights meal featured Boneless Country Style Ribs. These have seemed to find their way into the rotation at my house every few weeks. I can never seem to find the time to take pics of the preparation, but I did manage to snap one shot of the final product before it vanished.

That looks really good. I love country style ribs and may be making some for Memorial Day weekend (haven't decided yet what the menu will be). What's the vegetable mixture?

Right...and broccoli. It was your typical frozen vegetable medley bag. I grilled them with a veggie basket, dusted with Dizzy Pig and drizzled with olive oil. Honestly, I was a little disappointed with them. I haven't mastered the art of the veggie basket yet. I do much better grilling veggies directly on the grates but I didn't have any fresh veggies to cook tonight.
