Help! Meat-Related Nicknames

Bunch of guys and I have started a Carnivore's Club, where we'll be visiting be best steakhouses in town one by one, on a semi-regular basis. Some of us were at a Cardinals game last night, and the idea was floated to assign everyone meat-related nicknames -- perhaps it was the copious amounts of beer talking because it seems unfathomably lame as I'm typing it out now, but everyone seemed to think it was a great idea at the time. Accordingly, I need to come up with probably 25-30 meat-related nicknames.

Some cuts of meat are obvious options, so here's what we've come up with so far:

Tenderloin
Big Strip
Pork Chop
T-Bone
Porterhouse
Ribeye
Pot Roast
Sirloin
Babyback
Lambchop
Prime Rib

I wish be had a Charles, Robert or Stuart in our crew, because Chuck, Ka-Bob, and Stew would become natural options

Anyway, anyone got any thoughts?

Flank would be a good one.

BB (boston butt)

Not to mention a few more cuts that might work:

Brisket
Ham
Delmonico
Inside and Outside Round
Rib (both side and baby back)
Riblet (Or rib end)
London Broil
Shoulder
Burnt Ends
Filet
Wing (or wings)
BCC (as in beer can chicken)
Club (as in club steak, aka. strip loin)

Let's also not forget Skirt, Breast and Thigh (as in chicken), Rump, Clod, Shank, Belly and Hock. However, some folks might not like those nicknames . (In fact, even "Lamb Chop" is iffy. )

This reminds me of the movie "Animal House". Hey - you could call a few guys "Pinto" and "Flounder", too.....

Jerk, Pork Butt, and Chicken Thighs probably wouldn't fly, would they?

Reminds me of the entertainers Pigmeat Markham (who originated the catchphrase "Here Come de Judge") and the great guitar player, T-Bone Burnett.

If one of the guys has a specialty, that might figure into his choice of name. One of my buddies would then become Brisket, and I'd probably be Baby Back.

Neck Bone
Gristle (although I wouldn't want to be THAT guy)

Bologna (you figure that one out)
Tater would be the name for the guy who isn't going to be the leader of the group, but without whom the group wouldn't be complete.

But "Rarebit" is actually a name for cheese sauce on toast.

As for Tater, that would be a good nickname for the guy who's not the leader but who helps organize things and get them done - basically a "go-to" guy.

Or in other words, a "Facili - Tater"!

OK, so what do I know? I'll withdraw Rarebit (and while I'm at it) and Tater. Replace them with Grid Iron and Flat Iron. OK, they have more to do with cooking meat, but there ain't much left.

Well, there's the mountain oysters and the rooster fries, but do we really want to go there?

Coal, skewer, rub, slather, marinade (for the biggest drinker), sear...

Well, "rarebit" may not be too meat-related, but I still think that "Tater" would be a great nickname (short for Facili-Tater, for example). And I like "Grid Iron" and "Flat Iron" too.

I've also been trying to picture the kind of people that might go with all of these nicknames. It turns out that they would suit me and a lot of my friends as well.

I'm familiar with "Rocky Mountain oysters (which are called "prairie oysters here). I've never heard of "rooster fries", though, but I had an idea what they might be so I looked them up. Now I know what they are, and yes, I was correct in my guess.

Great - I'll never again be able to hear "Would you like fries with that?" without laughing......
