To break in my new Weber Silver Genesis, my wife and I decided to go all the way. . . .for lunch!
We tried a couple of porter house steaks using Steve's Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Simply superb! Unfortunately we did not have oak to cook with, but the combination of fine cold-pressed olive oil with fresh herbs and spices just put us over the edge! I can't imagine what the oak would do for the taste.
Can't keep the propane tank filled!
