Cajun Cookers Jackson, TN

I have put off going to the "new" place in town for 4 years. I finally broke down and went over the weekend after hearing good things said about them. If you are driving down I-40 and pass through Jackson, TN, I would highly recommend stopping at this one! The Cajun Cookers serves great BBQ (both pulled pork and brisket). They hand cut the steaks that they serve and those are very tasty as well. The cue has a deep smoke taste and is well seasoned. The sauce is served on the side, but unless you are a "saucy" person, it really isn't necessary. They do not serve alcohol.
