I was reading all the entries and somehow the best bbq in the south is not mentioned. Memphis BBQ is so good, you don't know what to do first, eat the meat or drink the sauce! Anyway, if anyone is ever in Memphis, don't pass up INTERSTATE Bar-B-Que on Interstate 55. It will be well worth it.
