Pierce's is located just outside Williamsburg, VA. Here is a great story about
them helping some Marines in Iraq. This took place in early November.

Great out of the way place for BBQ!

Went there late once after a day at Busch Gardens, and Mr Pierce loaded up our bag with fries and goodies we didn't order because it would have gone to waste otherwise.
I have fire!

Last grills:

Pork Chops
Chargriller Fried Chicken
Roast Chicken
Grilled Pineapple
Cheese Dogs

My in-laws live 3 miles from Pierce's, so we usually stop at "The Pit" during each visit. Great BBQ and great sauce. You can pick up a bottle to go for $5 or so.

Good stuff!!! I didn't realize that this thread was already started when I asked about BBQ in Williamsburg. My wife and I ate at Pierce's on Saturday afternoon and enjoyed it trememdously. They definitely need more parking and a lot more tables and chairs!!! You can see my review on the "Williamsburg, VA BBQ" thread.
