I love lobster on the grill - beats boiled or steamed any day.
Regarding the steaks, did it develop a crust? The reason I ask is i do mine 2 minutes per side for medium rare, all over the chimney. Great crust. The outside meat will get a bit more done, though, but it's really only a 1/8 inch portion, not a problem with a 11/2 or 2 inch steak, but may be problematic on thineer steaks.
Also, remember to let them rest.
