Hello all,
I'm seeing what appears to be the new season of Primal Grill, not sure what season though. It's new episodes with some behind the scenes footage....pretty neat stuff.
The new episodes are great but I have to admit some of the foods and techniques are a bit much for the average, backyard chef. I prefer to see foods and techniques that everyone can do, ingredients that everyone has access to. Don't get me wrong I love watching the episodes but most of them aren't something I can translate into real world dinner for my family.
I know there are only so many ways to cook a brisket or grill a steak but I think most new people tuning in would be turned off a bit by the complexity of some of the episodes.
Just my two cents!
