I grilled a prime rib according to How to Grill and it came out awesome! Here's a tip for the leftovers: make philly steak sandwiches.

The following day, I used an electric meat slicer and thinly sliced the remaining roast. Do it refrigerated for better results. Then I gently fried the meat in bacon grease and served it on homemade hard rolls with sauteed (in bacon grease again) peppers and onions and cheese....amazing!
