Mojo Marinaded Pork Tenderloin

Tried the Mojo marinaded Pork Tenderloin today on my new grill. Turned out great.

I completely agree! I tried it two nights ago, and I was so moist and delicious that my husband literally begged me to make it again. We got the tenderloin from a very high quality butcher, and I think that made a world of difference. I paired it with some dirty rice... a perfect combo.

Do you have a good mojo recipe? I'm always on the lookout for a new pork tenderloin soak. I found a sale on them for $1.00/lb. a month or two ago,and now I have a freezer full.
