I bought Steven's book "how to grill" about 2 months ago, and even though I've been BBQing for years, this was fresh, and new, and probably the single best cookbook I've ever seen. Everyone in the family is totally impressed with the stuff I've done so far from it, and it gave me some ideas for variations I will be soon trying on Kangaroo

Here, it's hot, right on BBQ season, and I'm fully stocked up with ingredients, and I intend to spend a large part of the next few weeks just BBQing.
