Tried this last night & it turned out pretty good ...
Used a 9" X 11" stainless steel roasting pan, handful of apple & maple wood chips, grilled for approximately 45 minutes on a Commercial Series Char-Broil natural gas grill at 300 degrees. Served with 1" thick bone in center cut pork chops. Layered roasting pan with sliced granny smith apples, 1 bag Frank's saurkraut, topped with sliced yellow onion, seasoned with Caven-der's All Purpose Greek Seasoning.
