Grilled Pineapple

I tried Steve's "Grilled Sugar-dipped Pinapple" last night. My family has a new favorite dessert. I think grilling the pineapple on the rack immeditately after my KC-sauced porkchops added a little something extra too.

I think I scared my neighbor just a bit when I flambeed the fruit with the rum, but he was also quite pleased with the sample I gave him.
