Twin Towers

We just had a block party which was a Bring Your Own Beef affair.

There was only one grill out there, so I brought my Weber out there. I figured a social gathering like this demanded some show and tell.

I used the Basic Beer Can Chicken recipe out of the How to Grill Book and perched two birds on cans of beer on the grill with a good dose of apple wood chips to bring the crowd in.

As people began to gather looking for grill space for their morsels of meat, they opened the old Weber up to see twin towers of golden-skinned chicken cooking upright.

Of course, as always, the taste of this recipe is out of this world!
