How to Grill

Thanks to Steve's book and my Santa Fe, I have prepared a number of great meals for friends, and have some great news to relate. Our SCA shire is having it's big event in November, and I have been chosen to be the feastocrat for the event. I will be in charge of the food preparation, and am going to fix a very large brisket, along with turnips and cheese, and leeks fried in butter, among other 'period' dishes.
