I have bought almost all of his books and love reading them over and over have done a few of his recipies and stuff. I do look forward to doing more of them. My wife found his bucket and mop and his rubs all on a sale at this one store she bought me 10 of his bbq rub and 10 of his island spice rubs for 499 each man i love his island spice it is awesome on chicken or pork and fish. I have used the island spice in the smoker on the grill in a frying pan and oven its good stuff.
