I own 3 of stevens books love everyone of them, the best book though is Sauces rubs and marinades i have maid almost all the bbq sauces i go at it for 6-8 hours on sundays chopping and cooking the sauces .It drives the wife nuts cooking for so long i am running out of room in the fridge.lol Great job Steve love your books
