I used the Recipe for first timer's ribs. I did them on my Ducane 5 burner stainess steel grill. I bought a smoker box and used hickory. They came out fantastic. My wife wanted ribs for Mother's day and she was thrilled. This was my first time smoking ribs. I can't wait to try something else. I'm stuffed!!!!!!!!!

I hope you also made the Lemon brown sugar barbeque sauce. It is my favorite. It really makes the first timers ribs great.
