cornish hens on the rotisserie

I bought a rotisserie for New Years eve dinner.

Tonight I have 4 cornish game hens going. Am also making the garlic cheese bread recipe I found on here.

Daughter is going back to school tomorrow so am making her favorite cheesy hashbrowns too. And ham steak for her because she doesn't like the idea of eating "baby chickens".

Can't wait to see how I did.

Rotisseries are a LOT of fun, and Cornish Hens are among the best things you can do on them.....(to start ....)

You REALLY have to try an Al Pastor soon ..... THAT will make you a rotisserie GOD !!!
