I made some BBQ Spaghetti tonight that was very good if I may pat myself on the back :)

I used shredded boston butt, penne regatta pasta, some mild bbq sauce, fresh cilantro and fresh garlic.
Boil the pasta as you usually do, sautee the garlic in butter and toss the pasta in the skillet and stir. Add pulled or chopped boston butt, sauce and garnish with cilantro.

That does look good - I may have to try to make it. I had it at Neely's on Jefferson, in Memphis, last fall and was not impressed.
I did see pictures and recipe for lasagna made with leftover pulled pork on another site yesterday - guy from Sweden made it. It looked awesome!
