I wanted to drop a note and thank you for the confidence to expand my cooking. This weekend I made the "Wild Turkey Barbeque Sauce" and used it on some wings and marinated ribs in it over night, smoked the ribs Sunday morning spritzing them with the mist from the "Lord of the Que" ribs. Absolutely fanstastic, they were the rave of the cook out. Also the "Bean Hole" (quick version) baked beans brought many requests for the recipe.
We have truley enjoyed our new grills both the gas and horizontal Char-griller smoker/grill.
