I'm slowly but surely making my way through all of the recipes I want to make in BBQ USA, and I have to say, if you can get your hands on fresh salmon, this dish and BBQ sauce is fantastic. Most of my family are plain/no sauce kind of eaters but they loved it. I love sauce on just about everything, so ladeling some of the guava bbq sauce on the salmon really added a great flavor to the smoky salmon.
