How do you use it properly?

I just got this grill last year and have never used the rear burner. I have always used indirect heat when useing the rotisserie in the past. Now I have the "rotisserie burner" on the back and would like to try it.

All my manual tells me is that by using the rear burner it will sear the outside of what ever is cooking.

Any help???
I am looking for recipies, cooking times and most important instructions.

It may help if you tell us what grill we're talking about.
If you don't like the food, have more wine

Schwarzie welcome to the board! You've come to the right place for help. There's a lot of folks that know their gas grills. It will help if you provide a brand and model of the grill is question.

See ya around.

I'ne got a Fiesta Dynasty 400. It has a 55,000but main burner and a 15,000btu Rear Rotisserie Burner.

I just bought a rotisserie to use on it and am looking for help with the read burner. In the past I have always just used indirect heat when cooking with a rotisserie.

Thanks for the help.
