BBcue-Z, that sounds awesome. What ratio of juice to worchester and beer do you usually use?
If it aint broke, Break it!
Then rebuild it better.

The ratio is 2 parts juice to one part Worcestershire sauce. As far as the beer, I usually add it to taste (I’ve never used more than one 12oz bottle).

BBcueZ's full recipe is in the "Roast Beef for Pulled Beef" thread. How do I remember this. That's where I copied it from. It is GREAT!
