Is there anything easier than babyback ribs? I just followed the Rendevous(sp?) recipe in Steven's book and they turned out fantastic. Probably not quite as good as the Rendevous, but still very, very good. The best thing about it is they were so simple to cook that it seemed like cheating. Recipe is season the ribs, setup for direct grillin', 30 minutes on the bone side, and 25 minutes on meat side, when done remove from grill, mop, coat generously with seasoning mix, and serve. Just too easy, and too delicious. Still might be partial to wet ribs, but this recipe is a definite keeper.
