Ok I have a question inspired by a comment Big D did on another post. And something I want to pursue as I am a cattleman. (theres nothing like grilling your own beef!)
How many of you have braning irons to place a mark (your initials, doneness, etc...) on your grilled meat ? I've seen them before but do they work well? Are they heated in the coals or are they electric? Where did you get them?
