Wheatworth, it's awesome. You roast a chicken with a beer can in the chicken's cavity. Search the message board for the words "beer, can, & chicken." You'll find out a ton.
Steven even wrote a whole book about this technique alone.

Then rebuild it better.

This is a link right here on this site to photos and a sample recipe.

I prefer to call it "violated" chicken.

This technique is an almost fool proof way to turn out a moist bird.

Wheatworth you've definately got to try one! If you'd like to see more photos, I have some on my "WWW" link. The button is under all my posts. I smoked four of these last night then the vacuum sealed & froze them before going to bed. There are four more in the fridge that I'll be smoking tonight. Hmmmm Ummmm!

One man's quest to rid the world of chickens.

You must drive your neighbors nuts! :P

Imagine half the neighborhood sittin' down to leftovers while
your smokers sending it's "come and get it" aroma all over the place.

Where we ask "Did you eat paint chips as a kid or something?"
our kids and grandkids will be asking their less inteligent freinds "Did you eat a lot of beer-can chicken as a kid?"

First one to have a kid with more than 10 toes gets to sue Budweiser!
