Looks good. I just did my first Boston Butt (actually two of them) last Saturday. My brisket two weeks before needed work, but the Pork turned out fabulous. Hopefully your does as well.
i think I mentioned this before, but I've only met the Canadian contingent of dizzy pigs... but they were really, really nice guys. They do very well, and I've heard nothing but good about their products. I bet the butts will be great.
