Tex-Toby has a really great chili recipe that I have used before. maybe he'll chime in.

Yeah...was doing a lot of searches and link chasing...figured this was a good one to resurrect

I finely dice the smoked trimmings from my spare rib smokes (the skirt flap and edge trimmings), and add them. Awesome flavor.
