Christmas Eve Feast

Powertools, duct tape and high explosives...the solution...and cause...of all the worlds problems.

High explosives! Not there's another topic that I'm familiar with. My career in the Air Force was Munitions Maintenance. I like things that go boom!

So basically Bob, if you maintain the munition it explodes, and if you don't maintain it, it won't- ironic isn't it?

The key is maintaining it properly so it explodes only when you want it to!

I made some of the Chicken Sate and Asian Peanut Sauce from HTG to take to the in-laws for Christmas Eve and it was a huge success. The peanut sauce was a little exotic for the Texas palate so most preferred the spicy chicken-on-a-stick straight up. We will definitely be making this again in larger quantities.
