High explosives! Not there's another topic that I'm familiar with. My career in the Air Force was Munitions Maintenance. I like things that go boom! :D

So basically Bob, if you maintain the munition it explodes, and if you don't maintain it, it won't- ironic isn't it?

The key is maintaining it properly so it explodes only when you want it to!

I made some of the Chicken Sate and Asian Peanut Sauce from HTG to take to the in-laws for Christmas Eve and it was a huge success. The peanut sauce was a little exotic for the Texas palate so most preferred the spicy chicken-on-a-stick straight up. We will definitely be making this again in larger quantities.
