beef braised in Coca Cola

In the Barbecue Bible, mention was made of a Venezuelan dish with beef braised in Coca Cola. Where can I find a recipe for it?

Sorry, I've looked at all the indexes in Barbecue Bible, Beer Can Chicken, How to Grill, and Sauces Rubs & Marinades. I can't find any reference to beef braised in Coca Cola or any Venezuelan dishes. I haven't been able to check BBQ USA yet.

How did you hear about this dish? Do you have Barbecue Bible or any of Steven's other books?

I also checked a few search engines on the Internet and came up empty.
