BBQ Sauce of the Month

Reading these posts has caused me to give some more thought to “sauces.” Also a friend just sent me a bottle of a raspberry chipotle sauce that just screams. (http://www.jelly.com/products/favorites.htm) Anyone have any links to “homemade” sauces, bearing in mind dkirn’s comment about contracting with a commercial kitchen. And….waiting for dkirn’s post for his sauce…………
