Its not grilling or smoking, but. I did my first deep fried turkey this year and it was fantastic. A 14 pound turkey cooked to perfection in 50 minutes. I was amazed that the burner arrangement could heat 3 gallons of oil and keep it hot with a cold turkey in it (no pun). It was 35 degrees out on the patio. I don’t know this is going to be a problem for future T days……fry of smoke. I know, do both…….
