Day after Thanksgiving Traditions

Well it looks as if my amazing acomplishment has forced me into the catering business. I have had 13 people call and ask if I would cater similar large events over the next year. I guess this is more impressive than I thought - most have said that they had tried BBQ cateriers in the past for 60 + people and they all said that either the food was cold or not enough ready and people had to wait to eat.

Now I'm really envious...
You can buy new toys (smokers, grills, trailer rigs, BEEF) and write it all off as a business expense!

Yea - I am pretty excited about it, however I operate my two other companies and my wife is wondering where I plan to get the time. Oh well you only live once right!
